Shipping policy
Delivery Carriers
Orders placed with us are shipped via Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, or Japan Post.
Please note that customers cannot select or specify a preferred shipping carrier.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Nationwide Flat Rate (Japan): ¥800 (tax included)
- Free Shipping: Free nationwide shipping applies to all orders totaling ¥5,000 or more (tax included).
Order Processing & Dispatch Time
- Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days following order confirmation (or upon confirmation of payment for pre-payment methods).
- Please note that shipping operations are closed on weekends, national holidays, and seasonal holidays (such as New Year holidays).
- For pre-order or backordered items, please refer to the estimated delivery timeframe stated on individual product pages.
Delivery Date & Time Designation
Currently, we do not accept requests for specific delivery dates or time slots at the time of ordering. Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent to you. You may use this tracking number to adjust delivery preferences directly with the carrier.
Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address entered by the customer, prolonged absence, or refusal of receipt, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for re-delivery (e.g., payment upon delivery).
International Shipping
For international orders, shipping rates and delivery methods vary depending on the items ordered and the destination country. Applicable shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
