Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via reliable international carriers such as FedEx, DHL, or Japan Post (EMS) depending on the destination and package dimensions.

Please note that customers cannot select the shipping carrier.

Handling Time & Processing

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends, national holidays in Japan, or during holiday seasons (e.g., New Year holidays).

  • For pre-order or back-order items, please refer to the specific delivery timeframe stated on the product page.

Shipping Rates

  • Domestic Shipping (Within Japan):

    • Flat rate: 800 JPY nationwide.

    • Free shipping on orders of 5,000 JPY or more (tax included).

  • International Shipping:

    • Shipping rates and available methods vary depending on the destination country and order weight/size. Exact shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Address & Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent to you. Please use the tracking number to monitor your package or request delivery adjustments directly with the carrier.

  • Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages: Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, long absence, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required for reshipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Buyers - Please Note)

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up—do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
